Glutathione For Injection 1200mg-Dermalight DS

Composition:

Each vial contains: Glutathione BP

1200 mg.

Excipients

This pack also contains one amber glass amp. of ascorbic acid injection IP (Vitamin-C) 5ml & One FFS ampoule of sterile water for Injections I.P. 10ml.

Dosage: As directed by the physician. Use reconstituted Solution immediately

after preparation

Storage: Store below 25°C. Protect from light & moisture. Do not Freeze.

Keep medicine out of reach of children.

Retain in carton until time of use: Reconstituted solutions must be stored and used as prescribed in the pack insert. They must be used within the time periods as described. Protect solution from direct sunlight during infusion.

1. To prepare a solution containing 120 mg/ml., the contents of the vial should be reconstituted with 10 ml of Sterile Water for Injections IP.

2. Then above solution is further diluted with 5ml ascorbic acid Injection IP (Vitamin-C). Included with this pack.

3. Each 1200mg of Glutathione (i.e. withdraw entire solution from the 1200 mg vial) is further diluted to 1200 mg of the intravenous solution listed below:

A: 6.9% sodium chloride injection IP 8.5% Dextrose Injection IP This will result in desired concentrations of 0.1 to 1mg/ml concentrations lower than 0.1mg/ml or higher than 1mg/ml are not racomununded.

FLIP OFF SEAL IS PROVIDED FOR TAMPER EVIDENCE

Caution: The injection should not be used if it contains visible particulate matter after reconstitution.
